-1 Kg ground meat (minced meat)
-Crushed garlic cloves
-Chopped onions
-Black pepper
-Soy sauce
-Butter
-Bread crumbs
-Beaten eggs
Method:
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and add the bread crumbs continuously.
Shape the mixture into rolls or your desired shape
Shallow fry them under low heat.If the heat is too much, the kebabs will be burnt on the outside and uncooked inside.
Serve while hot with vegetable salad.
