BEEF GRATIN WITH VEGETABLE RICE AND GREENS

BEEF GRATIN METHOD
1. Boil the beef until its tender then fry with onions, garlic, mushrooms, black pepper and salt to
2. Grate cheese on top of the beef and put it in the oven to melt.

NB For this kind of dish u can use nay vegetable you like, i have used mushrooms in this recipe. 

VEGETABLE RICE METHOD
Boil rice normally and when its cooked, add chopped carrots, green pepper and tomatoes.

GREENS METHOD
Boil in either salty water or bi-carbonated water, then fry with onions, tomatoes adding maggi cubes and salt to taste.
