Recipe for Soft Coconut chapatis

Ingredients
-2 cups wheat flour
-1/4 cup cooking oil
-1 tsp sugar
-1tsp salt
-1 Cup coconut milk
-Oil for frying

Method
Sieve the flour into a bowl and add in salt, sugar and oil and mix them thoroughly
Make a hole in the middle and pour in the coconut milk
Knead into into a smooth dough
Let the dough rest for at least an hour before cooking so that your chapatis come out so soft and in layers
After the 1 hour, Spread out the dough using a rolling pin and brush it with oil
Cut it into stripes and roll them into 10 balls
Make sure it's not sticky
Roll them into round shapes
Heat oil in a pan and cook the chapatis until both sides are browned
