Home made Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup Mango juice
- 11/2 Cup whipping Cream
- 1 tin condensed milk

Method
1. Mix the mango juice and sugar in a blender until it's all dissolved and set aside
2. Put the whipping cream in a bowl and whisk it until it forms a stiff peak
3. Gently pour the condensed milk, milk and mango juice mixture into the whipped cream and cover the bowl
4. Put in the fridge until it's frozen or at least for 2 hours.
5. Remove it from the fridge and blend it quickly until it's smooth
6. Return it to the fridge and let it be frozen once again.
7. Remove it from the fridge just a few minutes before serving.
