BEEF SHAWARMA RECIPE

Method
1. Boil the meat
2. Fry in onion and garlic, then add mayonnaise to it.
3. Add beaten eggs
4. Arrange your naan and stuff with the meat and finally roll the naan to cover the meat.
5. You can also add your preferred vegetables in the stuffing.

  1. Do you deep fry the naan after stuffing the meat? Is the naan made like chapo dough?

Hi Janet, Naan is made using yeast.Use a teaspoon of dry yeast for 3 cups of wheat flour.You can activate the dry yeast first by mixing it with warm water and letting it sit in for 10minutes until it starts to smell like bread.Add the mixture to your wheat flour and some salt and knad normally like you would for chapati dough and cover the dough with a wet cloth for at least an hour before cooking the naan.
