Recipe for fish curry with vegetable rice and salad

BONELESS FISH CURRY SERVED WITH VEGETABLE RICE N MIXED SALAD

METHOD

Fish Fillet

1. Cut the fish fillet into cubes
2. Coat with flour then deep fry
3. Set aside

HOW TO MAKE THE CURRY SAUCE
1. Fry onions and garlic until golden brown
2. Add tomatoes and stir continuously
3. Add curry powder, chilli powder, black pepper, maggi cubes, salt and tomato paste
4. Give it a good stir until well mixed
5. Add the fish and stir it in for a few minutes and remove

Mixed Salad

Cut Cucumbers and Tomatoes and season them with vinegar and salt.
