PARSLEY POTATOES RECIPE WITH BEEF AND CHICKEN

METHOD FOR PARSLEY POTATOES
1. Peel you potatoes and leave them whole.
2. Boil them in salty water until they are soft.
3. In a separate pan, toss them with butter and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley.

METHOD FOR THE BEEF AND CHICKEN
1. De-bone the chicken breast then cut it into julienne.
3. Do the same for beef but if you not using fillet, boil it first until its tender them marinate it with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil and salt and put it aside.
3. Cut the carrots, green pepper and onions into julienne.
4. Heat a pan with oil and fry onions and garlic.
5. Add the chicken and beef and stir fry as you add salt and cubes to taste.
6. Sprinkle them with soy sauce and serve while hot with parsley potatoes and your choice vegetables.
