Recipe for Chicken in Lime served with soft chapatis and Coleslaw salad

Ingredients
-1/2kg Chicken cut into pieces
-2 Cloves Crushed garlic 
-4 Lime pieces
-1/2 tsp salt
-1 tsp soy sauce
-1 large chopped onion

Method for the Chicken
Heat oil in a pan and add in onions, garlic, tomatoes and lime juice and fry gently for at least 5 minutes.
Stir in the chicken pieces.
In a separate bowl, dissolve a little sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper and pour in the mixture onto the chicken, cover it with a lid and let it cook until it's almost dry.
You can add some lime juice if it's too dry.
Serve with Chapati and Coleslaw salad.
