Recipe for Egg and Sausage Curry served with Pasta

Method for Egg curry

1. Boil the eggs and chop them and be careful not to over boil the eggs so that they do not break
2. Remove the egg yolk and set the egg white aside.
3. Fry onions, crushed garlic and tomatoes
4. Add curry powder, black pepper, tomato paste, chilli powder, salt and maggi cubes
5. Stir in the egg whites and slic cooked sausages.
6. Serve with pasta and  garnish with coriander.
