Beef Escalope served with Jacket Potatoes, mixed vegetables and pepper sauce

Method for Beef Escalope
1. Cube your beef stake and marinate it with garlic, soy sauce, oil, black pepper and salt for 1 hour
2. Dip the marinated pieces in a beaten egg and coat them with bread crumbs
3. Shallow fry them and put them aside

Method for Jacket Potatoes
1. Boil the potatoes until they are soft
2. Wrap them with a paper foil and roast them in the oven
3. When ready, cut the top open and put in some garlic butter and let it melt
