CHICKEN LOLLIPOP (CHICKEN DRUMSTICK) WITH POTATO SALAD

CHICKEN LOLLIPOP AKA CHICKEN DRUMSTICK WITH POTATO SALAD


METHOD FOR POTATO SALAD
1. Boil the potatoes until soft
2. Remove from fire and let them cool
3. Cut your condiments and add them to the potatoes in a bowl
4. Mix with mayonnaise


METHOD FOR CHICKEN LOLLIPOP
1. Cut the chicken drum stick next to edge of the thigh bone
2. Push the meat upwards to cover the top part (its supposed to turn inside out as it nears the top)
3. Season with soy sauce, salt, coriander powder, garam masala and lemon juice.
4. Dust the chicken with flour and dip in it a beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry in a moderate fire until they turn golden brown.


Serve when hot with potato salad.
