LAMB CHOPS RECIPE

METHOD
1. Marinade the lamb chops with black pepper, garlic, ginger, soy sauce , salt and oil for 1 hr.
2. Grill them on medium heat or alternatively you can also pan fry them.
3. Serve them with lyonnaise potatoes

FRESH GARDEN SALAD RECIPE

Ingredients
- Carrots (grated)
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Black pepper 
- Salt
- Vinegar
- Lettuce
Method.
Mix your cucumbers, tomatoes and grated carrots and garnish them with vinegar, salt and black pepper.

CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

Method
1. Boil the chicken in salted water.
2. When ready, remove the skin and debone the chicken.
3. Mix it with shredded green pepper, tomatoes, onions and season with soy sauce and black pepper.

STIR FRIED GARLIC CARROTS

Ingredients
- 3 Cups water
- 6 Medium carrots peeled and cut into strips
- 3 Cloves Garlic crushed
- 1 Green pepper chopped
- 2 tspn oil/butter
- Salt to taste
Method.
[1]. Boil 3 cups of water and add a pinch of salt. When boiling remove from fire and add carrots and drain water after 2 mins. 
[2]. Heat oil or butter in a pan and fry onions till soft. Add garlic and green pepper.
[3]. Add salt to taste and stir until the vegetables are soft. 
[4]. Finally add the blanched carrots and stir briefly.
[5]. Remove and serve hot as an accompaniment.

WET FRY GIZZARD WITH FRENCH FRIES RECIPE

Method
1. Boil the gizzards until tender.
2. Fry them in garlic, onions and tomatoes.
3. Stir and add maggi cubes, tomato paste, black pepper and salt to taste and let it simmer
PS/ Dont add water !
4. Serve while hot with crispy French fries.

FRIED OMENA RECIPE

Method.
1. Wash omena with warm water and dry fry with oil and put aside.
2. Fry onions, garlic and tomatoes and finally add omena to the sauce and season with salt and maggi cubes n let it simmer for a few minutes.
3. Serve with fries or your choice accompaniment.


COCONUT BEANS WITH CHAPATI RECIPE

Method
1. Soak the beans overnight in lukewarm water then boil them until soft and put aside.
2. Fry the onions and tomatoes and stir in maggi cubes and coconut milk.
3. Finally add the beans and let them simmer.
4. Thicken with tomato paste and corn flour and let it simmer before serving with chapati.

Method.
1. Cut the fish into slices (finger shape) and season with soy sauce, salt and black pepper.
2. Dust with flour and then dip in a beaten egg then coat with breadcrumbs before shallow frying both sides until golden brown.

Method.
1. Season the fish fillet with soy sauce, salt, lemon juice and black pepper.
2. Dip it in a beaten egg then coat with flour and finally pan fry both sides until it's golden brown.

BEEF CURRY WITH POTATOES AND CHAPATI RECIPE

Ingredients
-1/2 kg Meat
-1 tblspn ground chillies
-1tblspn ground ginger
-3 TBspn curry powder
-4 Ground Cloves
-Juice of 1 Lime
-1/2 TSpn Cinnamon
- Salt to taste
-1TBLSPN  GRound cumin seeds
-4 Onions
-6 GRound Cardamons
-1 Cup Coconut Milk
-Butter
METHOD
1. Cut the meat into pieces and it put into a sauce pan with chillies, cinnamon, curry powder, half the onions, garlic, salt and 6 tea cups of water.
2. Boil until the meat is tender an sauce reduced to about 1 cupful.
3. Add the rest of onions,previously fried in butter, cummin seeds,cardamons,ginger, cloves, lime juice, coconut milk then simmer for about 1/4 hr.
4. Serve while hot with potatoes and chapati.

PANCAKES STUFFED IN BOILED EGGS RECIPE

Method
1.Boil the eggs and keep aside.
2. Mix wheat flour, milk, eggs and sugar to make your pancake batter.
3. Heat the pan and take 1 scoop of the mixture and fry.
4. Meanwhile slice the boiled eggs into circle and add to the pancake fry as you turn both sides.
5. Serve while hot and enjoy.


BEEF SALAD RECIPE

Method.
1. Dry fry the beef in garlic and onions.
2. Cut tomatoes, Green pepper and onions then mix together and season with soy sauce and salt to taste.

MACARONI SALAD RECIPE

Method
1. Boil macorroni normally.
2. When cooked, add cooking cream and mayonnaise and mix well.
3. Add grated carrots and enjoy.




GRILLED MUTTON WITH CHIPS RECIPE

Method.
1. Marinate mutton with garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper , oil and salt for 1hr before grilling
2. Grill it after an hour and don't make it dry but juicy.
3. Serve hot with chips.

BOILED FISH WITH BOILED POTATOES RECIPE

Method.
1. In a sufuria put garlic, onions, tomatoes, maggi cubes, green chilli and potatoes then bring to boil
2. Let it boil until the water reduces then put in the fish and let it simmer for a few minute (about 15 minutes). 
3. Remove and serve while hot with greens.


RICE BALLS WITH CHICKEN RECIPE

Method
1. Boil the rice the normal way, after that roll into balls, 
2. Dip in a beaten egg and then coat with bread crumbs before finally shallow frying. 

FOR THE CHICKEN
1. Fry the onions, garlic tomatoes and maggi cubes.
2. Add the chicken and tomato paste, salt and oyster sauce and let it simmer until dry.
3. Serve while hot with your rice balls or with cabbage.

BREAD CRUMBED SAUSAGES RECIPE

Method
1. Deep fry the sausages, then cut them into rounds.
2. Dip them in a beaten egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
3. Finally shallow fry them to golden brown


SAMOSA RECIPE

Ingredients
-Minced meat 1/4 kg,
-oil 1 tblspn
-shredded onions 1 cup
-lemon juice 1 tspn
-garlic 1/4 tspn chopped
-ground cumin 1 tspn chopped
-hot curry powder 2 tspn
-salt1 tspn
-ground coriander 1 tspn
-ground cardamon 1/2 tspn
-ground ginger 1/2 tspn
-ground cloves 1/4 tspn
-garam masala 1/4 tspn. 
METHOD 
1. Sauté the minced meat for 8 min by adding a little oil and onions. 
2. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice, garlic, salt, and the rest of the spices.
3. Work with one samosa  sheet/pocket at a time covering covering the rest with a wet cloth to avoid drying out. 
4. Cut the samosa sheet 1/2 lengthwise and fold each strip lengthwise in 1/2 again. 
5. Place a spoonful of filling at the bottom of each strip and jolly roll fashion and finally deep fry you can also add chopped greenchillies.
6. Drain in a paper towel and enjoy!

PASTA WITH CHICKEN WET FRY RECIPE

Method
1. Boil the pasta the normal way, remove from the fire and run them through running cold water and set them aside.
2.  Make the sauce by frying blended tomatoes with onion and garlic, add beef cubes, sugar, tomato paste and cooking cream.
3. Finally add in your pasta and stir well.
4. Serve hot with wet fry chicken.

VEGETABLE CURRY RECIPE

Method
1.Fry onions in butter until lightly coloured.
2. Add curry powder and stir well.
3. Add tomatoes and some tomato paste then add 1 cup of stock.
4. Finally put in the vegetables and season with Maggie cubes and salt.
5. Serve while hot with rice.
