RECIPE FOR CHICKEN KIEV

Ingredients
Chicken breasts
Garlic
Soy sauce
Lemon juice
Salt
Flour
Bread crumbs
Beaten Eggs

Method:
1. De-bone the chicken breast and season it with soy sauce, salt and lemon juice.
2. Separately, mix butter and chopped garlic, then stuff it inside the spread out chicken breast.
3. Fold it into an oval shape, then dust with flour.
4. Dip it into beaten eggs and the coat with breadcrumbs 
5. Finally deep fry them until golden brown.

Serving suggestion: serve while hot with home made French fries and salad.
