YUMMY MEATBALLS RECIPE

Ingredients
- 2 Medium onions finely chopped
- 1 Tbspn margarine
- 500g lean minced beef
- 2 Medium carrots grated 
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1/2 tbspn black pepper
- 1 Tbspn tomato paste
- 11/2cup breadcrumbs
For coating
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
Method
1. Fry onions in margarine until they are soft.
2. Add tomato paste and cook gently.
3. Remove the pan from fire then add minced meat, grated carrots, salt and black pepper.
4. Add egg yolk and bread crumbs( those 2 for binding).
5. Mix well and mould them into small balls (big ones may not cook well inside).
6. Roll the balls on wheat flour, dip them in the egg yolk and coat them with breadcrumbs.
7. Shallow fry them and mix them with the sauce.
