METHOD
1. Season the whole fish with soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.
2. Deep fry it until its crispy then set aside.
3. In a separate pan, make a thick sauce by frying onions, garlic, tomatoes, maggie cubes and tomato paste.
4. Keep stirring and add salt to taste.
5. Add the whole fish into the sauce and let it simmer for a few seconds and serve.
