- 2 Onions
- 2 Green peppers
- 11/2 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup mixed pickle
- 11/2 tbspn sugar
- 1 tbspn soy sauce
- Pepper and salt
- 2 tbspn corn flour
- Chicken pieces
- Oil for deep frying
Method
1. Make the sweet and sour sauce by cutting 2 onions and 2 green peppers into pieces and frying them in hot oil.
2. Add in 11/2 cup beef broth, 1/2 cup mixed pickle, 11/2 tbspn sugar, 1 tbspn soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste.
3. Let it cook well as you strain and thicken the sauce with 2 tbspn corn flour.
4. Coat your chicken pieces in wheat flour and deep fry.
5. Add the cooked chicken pieces to your sauce and let them simmer before you serve.
