RECIPE FOR MANDAZI

Ingredients
- 2 Cups flour
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1 Cup milk or water
- 2 Tablespoons melted Butter
- 2 Teaspoons baking powder
- Oil for deep frying

Method
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients to form a dough that is not too sticky
2. Knead the dough and roll it out on a surface with some flour
3. Cut the rolled out dough into triangles or squares or any desired shape
4. Deep fry both sides until golden brown.
