METHOD
1. Beef shaslicks are a combination of beef, chicken and fish pieces.
2. Marinate your chicken, fish and beef with soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt and black pepper and let them sit in for some time.
3. Grill them or pan fry them and put them on a skewer with capsicum, onions and tomato pieces.
4. Serve with vegetable salad and lyonnaise potatoes.
