BHAJIA RECIPE

Method 
1. Cut your potatoes into small pieces.
2. Chop onions, green chillies and coriander.
3. Mix flour, eggs, water/milk and mix in the chopped onions, chillies and coriander
4. Add in your potatoes, scoop them and deep fry them until crispy.
5. Serve while hot.
