NDENGU STEW (POJO) WITH SOFT CHAPATIS

METHOD FOR NDENGU STEW
1. Boil the pojo until cooked.
2. In a separate pan, fry onions, tomatoes, maggi cubes and tomato paste and keep stirring.
3. Add your boiled pojo and stir in some coconut milk
4. Let it simmer for a few minutes and serve while hot with chapati.
