LYONNAISE POTATOES RECIPE

Method.
1. Peel your potatoes and cut them into round slices.
2. Blanch them or boil them in water until they soft but not soggy.
3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them until they are crispy.
4. In a separate pan, pan fry them with onions and season them with salt and soy sauce.
