Method
1.Marinade the chicken with garlic, ginger,oyster sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar salt and tomato ketchup2. Oven roast them at 165 degrees for 1hr .
ROAST POTATOES
1. Blanch in moderate oil till they become soft.
2. Re-heat the oil and deep fry them until they become crispy.
3. Serve hot with your roasted chicken and greens.
