CINNAMON MANDAZI WITH EGGS

Method
1.Mix flour with sugar and baking powder first, then add eggs and butter and mix well. 
2.In a separate bowl, mix water and milk and add to the mixture[dough] and start kneading until the dough is not sticky anymore.
3. Leave the dough for 1 hr to improve under a wet cloth, then spread the dough and start kneading using a rolling pin.
4. Cut the dough to your desired shape and fry them.
5. Make sure the oil is hot to avoid being soggy, fry until both sides are golden brown.

FRIED MATOKE WITH ROAST CHICKEN

Method
1. Peel the bananas and clean them.
2. In a frying pan, fry onions, tomatoes, sweet pepper, maggi cubes and them stir them.
3. Add matoke and let it cook as you stir continuously until they become tender and cooked.
4. Remove from fire and serve.

HOT CHILLI CHICKEN WITH MACARONI

Method.
1. Dry fry the chicken with garlic ginger, and tomatoes.
2. Add chili sauce, black pepper and tomato paste.
3. Stir until its almost dry.

For Macaroni >>>
1. Boil them and fry with onions and tomatoes.
2. Serve with your hot chilli chicken and enjoy.

BEEF IN PEANUT SAUCE

1. Put the beef in a sufuria and let it boil with its own water.
2. When the water is almost drying and the beef is tender add, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, and onions.
3. Stir and add beef cubes and tomato paste.
4. Add a little water to make some sauce before finally adding peanut butter.
5. Stir and let it simmer for 20 mins.

RICE WITH MINCED MEAT

1. Cook the minced meat in a sufuria and let it cook with its own water.
2. In a separate pan, fry garlic, onions, tomatoes, carrots and green pepper.
3. Stir to blend well, then add the minced meat, beef cubes, tomato paste, coriander powder and curry powder stir and let it simmer for a few minutes before serving.

COCONUT BONELESS CHICKEN

Method.
1. Cut the chicken into julliene form, then fry the onions, garlic and ginger.
2. Add the chicken and stir to combine well.
3. Add chicken cubes, black pepper, coconut powder, tomato paste and cream to thicken it.
4. Let it simmer and serve it hot with rice.

EGG-RICE

INGREDIENTS
Eggs, rice,onions,carrots,green pepper and dhania.
METHOD
1. In a frying pan, fry the onions, carrots and green pepper[chopped].
2. Then add the beaten egg and stir to scramble, and the mix with already boiled rice andseason with salt.
3. Finally top with deepfried onion rings and chopped coriander.


GITHERI

Ingredients
Yellow maize, white beans, potatoes and beef. 

METHOD
1. First boil the beans and maize and set aside.
2. In a sufuria, fry the beef with tomatoes, onions and garlic.
3. Add the potatoes and when they are almost ready, add the beans and maize.
4. Stir and add maggi cubes, curry powder, coriander powder, salt and tomato paste, stir and let it simmer for 15 mins until it thickens.

OVEN ROAST CHICKEN WITH ROAST POTATOES AND GREENS

Method
1.Marinade the chicken with garlic, ginger,oyster sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, vinegar salt and tomato ketchup
2.  Oven roast them at 165 degrees for 1hr . 

ROAST POTATOES
1. Blanch in moderate oil till they become soft.
2. Re-heat the oil and deep fry them until they become crispy.
3. Serve hot with your roasted chicken and greens.

BEEF BIRYANI WITH YOGHURT SALAD.

Ingredients
- Rice 1kg
- Beef 1/2kg
- 3 Big tomatoes 
- 4 Big onions
- ginger 1 pc
- garlic bulb 5pcs
- sour milk mala 2 cups
- biriyani masala
- salt to taste
METHOD>>>>
1. Make the rice the usual way and in the boiling water add either saffron or tumeric powder and let the rice cook. 
2. Blend ginger and garlic and add 3 teaspoon of biriyani masala. 
3. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the beef, 4 teaspoon tomato paste, tomatoes and mala, then refrigerate overnight.
4. Cut the onions into rings and deep fry till they are golden brown and keep aside. 
5. In a sufuria fry the beef in moderate heat to let the beef cook well and add salt stirring continuously, 6. Add onions and let them cook, note that some people do add potatoes. 

YOGHURT SALAD >>>>Cut the cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots and onions into small cubes then mix with yoghurt or mala with a little sugar.

FRIED OKRA WITH UGALI AND EGGS

1. Fry onions, garlic and tomatoes and stir them.tomatoes stir and then
2. Add maggi cubes and stir then finally  add okra and let it cook for 15 min.
3. Fry your eggs with onions, tomatoes and capsicum(pili pili hoho) then serve hot with ugali and okra.

ALIYA

Method
Aliya is the Luo's traditional beef.
1. Roast the beef with salt then sun dry it for 4 days.
2. After that, fry in tomatoes and onions and add ghee.
3. Enjoy with hot ugali.


SPICY MARINATED GRILLED BEEF

Method
1.Marinate the beef with garlic, ginger, black pepper, soy salt.
2. Grill it but let it be juicy.
3. Serve with your choice accompaniment.


STIR FRIED VEGGIES WITH BOILED EGGS

Method.
1.Blanch the veggies in bicarbonated water and then sauté the veggies in onions and tomatoes and maggi cubes.
2. Garnish with boiled eggs and enjoy.

Method.
1. Wash the omena with warm water.

Method
1. Boil the bone marrow with onions, garlic, black pepper, salt and tomatoes.
3. Serve hot with ugali.

LEFT OVER BREAD

1.Make a mixture of flour, milk, eggs and sugar.
2. Dip the bread inside and then shallow fry the bread pieces.


RECIPE FOR DELICIOUS FRIED MATUMBO

1. Wash the matumbo and let it boil with its own water until soft.
2. Add garlic, cubes and tomatoes then let it to simmer. 
3. For Kundera, fry the onions, add sodium bicarbonate before adding your kunde and mrenda and let them cook.
4. Serve hot with ugali and matumbo.

POTATO PICKLES

Method
1.Boil the potatoes, and while still hot, add, chilli powder, black pepper, garam masala , ajino moto , curry powder n salt, then melt some butter and add to it then mix well.
2. Serve while hot and enjoy.
