Rice
Black pepper
Garlic
Bread crumbs
Eggs.
METHOD
- Soak the rice in water for 30 mins meanwhile chop the garlic.
- In a pot,heat water with salt and boil the rice for 30 mins
- Drain and set aside.
- Combine garlic and black pepper and mix with rice, then shape them into burgers.
- Dip in beaten eggs and coat them with breadcrumbs.
- Bake at 180c or deep fry until golden brown.
