Ingredients
1/2 kg potatoes
4 cloves of garlic
2 onions
Salt
Vegetable stock /water
Olive oil and black pepper
Method
- Peel, wash and cut the potatoes and onions in round slices.
- Peel the garlic and crush them.
- Add the garlic to the oil and the stock to make a sauce.
- Place the potatoes and onions in layers in a dish and pour the sauce on them.
- Sprinkle black pepper on them and cover the dish with a lid and bake at 180c until tender.
- Serve hot
