MACARONI WITH CRUMBED CHICKEN

Method
1. Boil the macaroni in salty water, remove and run through cold water.
2. Fry them with onions, carrots and tomatoes.
3. For the chicken, season with lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, then dip in a beaten egg and coat with flour.
4. Deep fry untill golden brown.


OAT MEDALLION

Ingredients
100g oats
1/2 litre milk
4 eggs
100g flour
Lemon juice 
Salt
METHOD
1. Soak the oats in milk for 30 min.
2. Boil the eggs and chop them. 
3. Boil milk and oats for 10 mins, stirring continuously to avoid sticking. 
4. Add flour and salt and boil for a few minutes, the mixture should be sticky.
5. Remove and add eggs and lemon juice. 
6. Cut it into your desired shape/mould.
7. Roll in beaten eggs and flour then fry in hot oil until golden brown.

WET FRY CHICKEN WINGS

Method
1. In a frying pan, fry garlic, onions and tomatoes
2. Stir and add chicken cubes, then add the chicken wings cover and let them cook for half an hour.
3. Serve with rice or your choice accompaniment.

FLUFFY PANCAKES

Ingredients
Sugar
Milk
Wheat flour
Eggs 
Baking powder.

Method
1.Mix the ingredients to form a thick paste.
 2. Scoop and fry until golden brown on both sides.


OVEN ROAST CHICKEN

Method
1. Season your chicken with lemon juice and salt, then coat with honey.
2. Oven roast it and your chicken with no spices!

GRILLED CHICKEN WINGS

Method
1. Marinate the chicken wings with with soy sauce, salt, oil, black pepper and lemon juice, let it stand for 1 hr before grilling.
2. Grill until they are cooked and serve.


POTATO BITINGS

Method
1. Wash and season the potato peelings with salt the deep fry to crispy brown.
2. Sprinkle some chilli powder on them and enjoy.

DRY BEEF WITH CHIPS AND VEGGIES

Method
1. Boil the beef in its own water until tender and until the water drys out.
2. In a separate pan, fry crushed garlic, ginger, onions, black pepper and green chilis.
3. Stir and add beef cubes then add the beef and stir continuously until it becomes dry.
4. Serve with chips and veggies.

FRIED IRISH POTATOES

Method
1.Fry the onions, tomatoes and maggi cubes.
2. Add the potatoes and tomato paste.
3. Stir and add coriander powder clove and stir but stir constantly to avoid sticking.
4. Add a little water should it dry before its cooked.


VEGETABLE SISIG

Method
1. Cut the veggies into cubes and sauté them until tender.
2. Add beaten eggs and season with salt , maggi cubes and black pepper.

2. Coat it with flour and finally shallow fry.

2. Deep fry or shallow fry them until they are golden brown then add honey and let it simmer before you serve.

POTATO CRISPS RECIPE

Method
1.Cut your potatoes into thin slices.
2. Dip them in a salty water with vinegar then remove.
3. Drain the water and deep fry them until they are crispy.

WHITE ONION SALAD

Method
Cut the onions into rings mix with some carrots and sweet pepper.
Season with vinegar and salt and garnish with cucumber.

HOME MADE MAYONNAISE

Ingredients 
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp vinegar/ lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 cup oil
1/2 tbsp mustard
1/2 tbs sugar.
 METHOD >>>
1. Put raw yolk in a glass bowl, add salt, mustard and black pepper and stir as you add oil drop by drop. 
2. Stir slowly, always in the same direction, add a few drops of vinegar/ lemon juice drop by drop adding oil stirring continuously till the sauce is of good consistence.
3. Finally stir in 3 drops of cold water, make in a cool place or make sure you have a wet cloth under the glass bowl. If the sauce curdles, add a few drops of water and whisk briskly.
