SAUSAGE BIRYANI
Ingredients
Rice....1 cup
Garlic......3 bulb
Onion.....1 medium
Tomatoes.......2 pieces
Paprika...........1/4 tea spoon
Cumin..............1/4 tea spoon
Cinnamon powder......1/4 tea sp
Salt to taste
Sausages...............3 pieces [cut into halves]
METHOD
1. Boil your rice and add saffron powder and set aside.
2. Deep fry
the sausages until they are ready and set aside.
3. In a pan fry garlic,onions and tomatoes.
4.Add in cumin, cinnamon, paprika and salt and stir to combine
well and then add the sausages.
5. Let the mixture simmer for a few minutes.
