Tomatoes..................3 pieces
Onions......................2 pieces
Garlic........................3 cloves
Tomato paste.............1 table spoon
Coconut milk..............2 cups
Method
1. Boil the dal until tender.
2. In a pan fry garlic,
onions, tomatoes, then add tomato paste.
3. Stir to mix well and then add
the dal and coconut milk and let in simmer for 15 min.
4. Sprinkle some
coriander leaves on top then serve with chapati.
