Sweet and Sour Meatballs with Rice

Ingredients
Minced meat.......1/4 kg
Onions......................2 pieces [chopped]
Garlic......................3 cloves [crushed
Black pepper...............1 /2 tea spoon
Bread crumbs..................1/2 cup

Sweet and Sour Sauce
Ingredients...........
Green pepper.......2 pieces
Onions..................2 pieces cut into pieces

Method
1). Fry the onions in oil. 
2). Add 1 1/2 cup meat broth, 1/2 cup mixed pickle, 1 1/2 tea spoon sugar, 1 tea spoon soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste.
3). Add in 1 cup pineapple diced and 1 tea spoon lemon juice. 
4). Cook well, strain and thicken the sauce with 2 tea spoon corn starch.

GERMAN POTATO PANCAKE

Ingredients
Raw potatoes.....2 pieces
Onion..............1 big
Oil
Wheat flour.........2 table spoon
Egg....................1 piece
Salt and Pepper to taste

Method
1. Peel and grate the potatoes using a very fine grater.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix, making them into round shape or to your desired shape.
3. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan, then drop the potato mixture.
4. Fry both sides until  golden brown.

BEEF GOULASH SOUP

Ingredients
Beef fillet 1/4 kg
Tomato paste 1 tea spoon
Sour cream 1/2 pint
2 cups stock
1 teaspoon flour
1 onion
4 potatoes
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon pepper. 

METHOD
1. Slice onions thinly and fry in butter, then add paprika. 
2. Cut beef in small dices
3. Season them with salt and pepper and dust with flour.
4. Fry them in a pan. 
5. Put meat and onions in a sufuria together with par-boiled potatoes cut into dices. 
6. In the same frying pan used for meat and onions, make gravy by heating rest of the butter, adding tomato paste, beef stock and half sour cream.
7. Thicken the mixture with flour and pour the gravy over meat in the sufuria and stew gently for 1/2 an hourr, ten minutes.
8. Before serving, add the remaining cream, which had been previously boiled once, remove and serve.

CREAMY YELLOW DAL WITH CHAPATI

Yellow dal.................1/2 kg
Tomatoes..................3 pieces
Onions......................2 pieces
Garlic........................3 cloves
Tomato paste.............1 table spoon
Coconut milk..............2 cups
 
Method
1. Boil the dal until tender.
2. In a pan fry garlic, onions, tomatoes, then add tomato paste.
3. Stir to mix well and then add the dal and coconut milk and let in simmer for 15 min.
4. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on top then serve with chapati.
